TF_Water
TF_Water is a free visual applet which produces a slick "underwater" effect to your images.
How To Use: Download TF_Filters.class and TF_Water.class and place them within your HTML directory. Create a subdirectory called "images" under your HTML directory, and place your image in it. Change the name of the image to "water.jpg".
