These applets emulate the Windows start button, and offer multiple pop-up menus which can overlap any page content, including frame edges. The most basic version in the range is freeware, and the more advanced versions can handle many thousands of links and open up to 10 panels across the page. Both free and commercial versions are available. For latest prices please refer to the vendor.
